Strawberry Bis Pave Recipe

Ingredients for making Pavé de Bis with strawberry:

For white cream:

 1 can of condensed milk

 1 can of cream (without whey)

 200 grams of white chocolate

 1 unflavored gelatin envelope

For chocolate cream:

 1 can of condensed milk

 1 can of cream (without whey)

 200 grams of semisweet chocolate

 1 unflavored gelatin envelope

For assembly and decoration:

 500 grams of chopped fresh strawberry

 2 packages of white bis biscuits

 2 packs of black bis biscuits

 100 grams of milk chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate chips

How to make Pavé de Bis with strawberry:

To make this delicious bis dessert, start by preparing the white cream: hydrate the gelatin according to the instructions on the package, and chop the chocolate into pieces. Put the chocolate melting in a bain-marie or microwave and, when it is smooth, mix it with the cream, condensed milk and gelatin.

Tip: If the cream is thin, let it rest for 30 minutes in the fridge.

To make the chocolate cream, the way is the same: hydrate the gelatin, chop the chocolate and melt in a bain-marie or microwave. When completely melted, add the cream, condensed milk and gelatin.

With both creams ready, it's time to assemble the pavé: in a 26cm diameter removable frame, place the bis bars on the sides, alternating between white and dark. Chop the remaining cookies, and line the bottom of the pan with some of them.

Then add the layers: first a portion of white cream, then more biscuits, some strawberries, then some chocolate cream, and again biscuits and strawberries. Repeat until the top, but without going over the biscuits on the side.

When you reach the top, finish the strawberry bis pavé by sprinkling milk chocolate chips and pieces of strawberry. Keep it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, and it's ready to unmold and serve.
